Laura osallistuu Uuden Musiikin Kilpailuun 2021 biisillä Play. Se kertoo on-off-ihmissuhteesta, jossa toinen osapuoli kyllästyy palaamaan aina takaisin ja antamaan anteeksi. UMK-finaalissa lauantaina 20.2. Tampereen Mediapoliksessa valitaan vuoden 2021 euroviisuedustaja.
